At Best Writing Bay, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services. However, if any issues arise with your order, we offer a structured refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency. Please read our refund guidelines carefully before making a claim.
100% Refund Guarantee
We take pride in delivering all client requirements on time. However, if we fail to meet your deadline, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Alternatively, if you agree to extend the deadline, we offer a 20% compensation.
Additionally, if you encounter technical issues during payment, you can request a full refund—provided the issue is reported immediately and the assigned writer has not begun working on your order.
50% Refund Policy
A 50% refund applies under the following conditions:
- You cancel a confirmed order after the writer has started working on it.
- Refund requests due to plagiarism require a Turnitin report as proof. Reports from other plagiarism checkers will not be accepted.
All refund requests undergo verification before approval. Refunds are not applicable for client errors such as late document uploads or delayed payments.
Order Cancellation Policy
Completed or under-review orders cannot be canceled. However, store credit or a partial refund may be considered after an internal review.
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement for a 100% refund, provided no writer has been assigned (applicable to orders with deadlines of 24+ hours).
If an order is already in progress and a writer has been assigned for more than 24 hours, a 20% refund may be issued.

No Refund Situations
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee on-time delivery. However, delays caused by the customer’s late submission of required materials will not qualify for a refund. To avoid delays, provide all necessary details at the time of order placement.
Delayed Payment
If an order is delayed due to a late payment, we are not responsible for missed deadlines, and a refund cannot be requested.
Plagiarism Claims
Claims regarding plagiarism require a Turnitin report for verification. Reports from other tools will not be accepted. If a valid Turnitin report is not provided, no refund will be granted.
Disputed Claims & Grade Expectations
- If you are dissatisfied with your order and request a refund, our team will conduct an internal review before making a final decision.
- We do not guarantee grades. Refunds will not be issued if a poor grade is received, but we may offer assistance with future orders.
Important Note:
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may qualify for partial credit instead of a refund, depending on the validity of the claim.
