At BestWritingBay, we aim to provide the best academic writing services to our clients. We understand that at times our clients may require refunds due to various reasons. This refund policy outlines the guidelines that govern the refund process and procedures for our clients.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Quality: If the delivered paper does not meet the requirements or expectations of the client.
- Lateness: If the delivered paper is submitted after the agreed-upon deadline.
- Cancellation: If the client cancels the order before the writer starts working on it.
- Payment Error: If there is a double payment or overpayment by the client.
- No writer available: If we are unable to find a writer for the client’s order.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must contact our customer support team and provide the order number and reason for the refund request. The refund request must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the order.
Our customer support team will investigate the reason for the refund request and will work with the client to resolve the issue. If the refund request is approved, the client will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will depend on the circumstances of the refund request. The refund amount may be partial or full depending on the situation.
- Quality: If the delivered paper does not meet the requirements or expectations of the client, the client may request a free revision. If the revision does not meet the requirements, the client may request a partial or full refund.
- Lateness: If the delivered paper is submitted after the agreed-upon deadline, the client may request a partial refund.
- Cancellation: If the client cancels the order before the writer starts working on it, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- Payment Error: If there is a double payment or overpayment by the client, the client will receive a full refund of the overpaid amount.
- No writer available: If we are unable to find a writer for the client’s order, the client will receive a full refund.
Refund Timeframe
We aim to process all refund requests within 14 business days. However, the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and the client’s bank processing time.
No refunds will be processed if the client has already approved the delivered order or requested a revision after the delivery.
Chargebacks
If a client initiates a chargeback without contacting our customer support team, it will be considered a breach of contract. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the funds and terminate the client’s access to our services.
Our Partial Refunds
While we are sincerely sorry for it, due to varied reasons, writers may delay in delivering your order. If such circumstances, we offer partial refunds
Some of the reasons why your order may be late are:
- Additional instructions by a client that may alter the initially written work.
- Direction to the writer by our editors to make corrections to the order that bears a tight deadline.
- Emergencies on the writer’s side that were unexpected.
Note: Partial refunds will be calculated based on the requested delivery date, differentiated by the actual delivery date.
Full Refund on Quality basis
Do you feel that the work delivered to you is not up to the right quality? Well, we may provide you with a full refund. However, this is subject to the writer failure to fully revise your work. You can get more information about our revision policy on when we accept revisions.
When to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an already placed and paid order, you should do so within one hour following payment for the same order. This should be done in writing and through any of our communication channels such as live chat, email or text messages. Any applications for order cancellation past an hour are not acceptable. This is simply because by then our writers will have began working on the order, which warrants for fair compensation.
How to request a refund.
Refunds are to be requested within seven days after delivery of the product or order. To request a refund, send us an email at support@bestwritingbay.com with your order ID, your name and reason for refund. Once your request has been received, you will be notified within 5 days whether the reason for refund has been accepted.
NOTE:
- Best Writing Bay or our authorized retailers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of misusing our products or participating in academic fraud. We or our authorized retailers reserve the right to cancel any order at our own discretion under this policy. You may request a refund if the work sold has significant grammar or spelling errors, or clearly covers a different subject from the work ordered in the initial instructions and description. Otherwise, all sales are final.”
- When you are refunded for an order, rights to the delivered, unaccepted order, remains and is the property of bestwritingbay.com. Using such document will be contraty with Our copyrights laws. The work may be immediately reused for another client, published, modified or/and any other reason we deem fit.
